Project Commencement: If you wish to cancel a project, you must provide written notice via email to info@sohansoft.tech.

Pre-Launch Cancellations: If a project is cancelled before work has commenced, a refund may be processed, minus a non-refundable administrative fee of 50% or Rs.500 Which ever is lower.

Active Projects: If you choose to cancel after the development process has begun, you will be billed for all work completed up to the date of the cancellation request. No refund will be provided for the milestones already delivered and approved.
2. Refund Policy

Custom Software & Web Development: Due to the nature of custom software development, we do not offer full refunds once the development phase has started, as significant resources and time are invested in the architecture and coding process.

Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds will only be considered in the event of a fundamental failure to deliver the project as per the signed Statement of Work (SOW) or if we are unable to fulfill the technical obligations outlined in our contract.

Non-Refundable Services: Any third-party costs, including but not limited to domain registration, hosting fees, SSL certificates, API subscription fees (e.g., SMS gateways, payment gateways), and premium software licensing, are strictly non-refundable once purchased.
3. Payment Disputes
